Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have had a fairytale romance ever since meeting on The Voice. The country star introduced Stefani to Oklahoma, and she fell in love with the quiet, quaint life compared to what she’s used to in California. Unfortunately, rumors swirled that Shelton’s “unhealthy habits” were ruining Stefani’s attraction toward him. Here’s what a source said about Shelton’s recent lifestyle changes enhancing his marriage.
Blake Shelton ditched ‘unhealthy habits’ and brought ‘sizzle’ back to his marriage to Gwen Stefani, a source says
Blake Shelton is known for his country tunes and love of Oklahoma. Through the years, he’s been open about some of his unhealthy habits, like his love of alcohol. He recently lost weight, which allegedly brought “sizzle” back to his marriage.

Netflix made some noise in the unscripted world when it hired Jeff Gaspin, the former NBCUniversal chief, as its new defacto reality boss earlier this year.
The hire ostensibly signaled that the streamer wanted to step up its unscripted efforts and take on the broadcast networks when it comes to buying big entertainment formats.
During his time as NBC’s head of alternative entertainment, he developed series including The Apprentice, The Biggest Loser and Deal or No Deal and after his promotion, his last act as Chairman of NBC Universal Television was buying The Voice, which other than The Masked Singer, was arguably the last major entertainment format to breakthrough on the broadcast nets.
Netflix is now doubling down on efforts to find its version of The Voice.
“The difference from the past is we want to focus on bigger formats, more of what you would call broadcast-style shows versus the cable style shows.

Netflix is bolstering its entertainment formats unit with a big new music competition series.
The streamer has ordered Building The Band (w/t) as it shifts its focus away from cable-esque fare to competing with the major broadcast networks for the next The Voice or American Idol.
Check back tomorrow for an interview with new Netflix reality boss Jeff Gaspin on the company’s new strategy.
Building the Band seeks to discover the next great music group without bandmates initially meeting face-to-face. The series brings together 50 of the most talented singers to compete for a chance to form their own band without ever seeing each other. All they have to go on is musical compatibility, connection, chemistry and merit. What will happen when the bands finally meet and… looks, choreography, and style come into play?
The series comes from The Wall producer Remarkable Entertainment, which is part of Banijay UK.

With 25 seasons under its belt, The Voice has seen its fair share of coaching rotations, especially because multiple seasons of the singing competition show air per year. It took American Idol twice the amount of time to reach 20 seasons, but so far, those two singing competition shows haven’t overlapped in terms of judges and coaches. The original four figures to shape the show’s trajectory were country singer Blake Shelton, Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine, “Fighter” singer Christina Aguilera and “Forget You” singer CeeLo Green.
Other celebrities with music backgrounds have cycled through the four red spinning chairs since the show began in 2011. The singers who have judged have also covered a wide range of genres from pop to country to rap and more.
Season 26’s panel has been established as Reba McEntire, who has been with the show since Season 24, veteran coach Gwen Stefani and newcomers Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé.

TV audiences tracked down “Tracker” in a big way this season. The freshman CBS drama, which stars Justin Hartley as a survivalist who helps law enforcement and others solve tough cases, was the 2023-24 TV season’s most-watched entertainment series. According to the Eye network, that’s the first time a first-year TV series was ranked as the No. 1 show since “Survivor” premiered as an instant phenomenon in 2000.
“Tracker” was helped, of course, by premiering in February behind Super Bowl Lviii — giving it a huge jump start. And this was an unusual, truncated TV season due to the Hollywood strikes, which meant limited episodic orders for most programs. Last year’s top-rated show, Paramount Network’s “Yellowstone,” hasn’t aired an original episode in more than a year — and yet still made the charts, but via repeats that aired this season on CBS.

To paraphrase the recent viral Faye Dunaway commercial blooper: “Live TV… there’s nothing like it.” Particularly on “The Voice.”
The 25th season — yes, really — of NBC’s “The Voice” came to a conclusion with the May 21 live show and the crowning of Asher HaVon as the winner. But don’t expect the team that brings the competition to life every week to stop working.
