Writer/director/producer/cinematographer Jeff A. Ferrell was born in
1959 in Seattle, Washington. Jeff took film courses at Bellevue
Community College. He met his future wife Michelle Lichter while
working on an independent movie as an assistant camera operator. Jeff
and Michelle collaborated on the hilariously inane tongue-in-cheek
science fiction alien invasion spoof "The Revenge of the Teenage Vixens
from Outer Space," which took four years altogether to complete.
Ferrell not only co-wrote the script and co-produced the picture with
Lichter, but also shot and directed the movie as well. "The Revenge of
the Teenage Vixens from Outer Space" went on to be frequently shown on
the USA network program "USA Up All Night" and has since amassed a
sizable cult following. Ferrell and Lichter were married in 1983. Jeff
penned the story and co-wrote the screenplay for the straight-to-video
comic action feature "Partners." He worked as an assistant cameraman on
the movies "Pariah," "Casper: A Spirited Beginning," "Access Denied,"
and "A & P." Jeff and Michelle now reside in Los Angeles.
