Bradford Richardson
- Writer
- Art Department
A Screenwriter with lots of production experience, Bradford's brand is, Misfit Misadventure, (Underdog Stories). Inspired by his awkward exploits, romantic disasters, failed attempts at being cool and moments of lessons-learned-the-hard-way, like: "never let fear determine your fate."
Naturally, he writes TV Pilots and Features about hope-fueled misfits who dream big and stumble into soul-testing situations while chasing their dreams and ultimately earn unexpected new lives.
He grew-up on Detective novels, Romantic Comedies, Sci-Fi, Monsters & Espionage movies. He's successfully written on assignment. His short scripts, feature scripts, and TV Pilots have been Winners & Top Finalists in multiple, leading, competitions including, Amazon Studios, Austin, Screencraft, CineStory, Stage 32, Screamfest LA, NBC and ABC Writers Showcases.
Backstory: Bradford was a seventeen-year-old misfit-dreamer, an introvert, ditched in Minnesota, a thousand miles from his Philly home, by alcoholic parents on the run from the law. One went West. The other went East. Bradford stayed. Never seeing either of them again. His new life on his own, and making tons of mistakes, was the "gift" he needed to enable him to become an amateur stock car driver, work his way through art school, evolve as a screenwriter, get fired by a balloon factory, and become the Lead Graphic Designer for multiple award-winning TV and feature film projects
