Caitlin Foster is a music composer, arranger and orchestrator for film, video games, and concert music. Her background in music began when she picked up the violin at the age of eight. Caitlin's interest in music composition grew out of a love for film soundtracks in high school, particularly those of Howard Shore, Danny Elfman, and John Williams. In 2018, she graduated from Biola University with her B.M. in Music Composition. She had the privilege of being the first intern for Grammy® award-winning composer Christopher Tin in 2017. Upon graduating, Caitlin acted as the technical scoring assistant for the Fox-Tongle produced short film, Alien: Alone, composed by fellow Biola alumnus Joel Santos. Her most recent project was scoring the Fall 2019 Biola film, Caesura, which won Best Original Score at the 2020 Guerilla Student Film Festival.
