Saul talks about his rise from hand to hand drug dealer to kingpin and how he financed the campaign of the mayor and paid off police to remain in power. In addition to Saul, the documentary also features interviews with Jeff Williams, one of the former police officers convicted of misconduct due to his dealings with members of The Organization. A second part of the documentary will highlight the political aspect of The Organization.
