Watched this on Billie's birthday and didn't even know it!
I sought this episode out tonight, because I am a pretty big Billie Eilish fan. She is so beautiful, and so sweet. She reminds me of a blue-eyed Joan Jett too, in the mouth and eyes (they both have those deep bedroom eyes). And her new hairdo is just perfect for her! She's never looked better! Yup, I think I've got a little crush.
This was a laugh-out-loud funny episode! Right from the opening segment with the delightful Kate Mckinnon, I was chuckling away! And how nice that it happened during the Christmas season, making Billie's appearance all the more special.
I loved every skit- especially the Covid related one at the start, the Santa song, and Weekend Update with the report that if cats were humans, they would be classified as psychopaths, and dogs "would be #MeToo'd right away" (the perverts, LOL!).
This was one of the most fun TV watching experiences I've had in a while, haha! Yay for genuine laughter- and bravo Billie! Not sure how I managed to start watching this on your birthday (just found out by coming onto her page that she was born December 18th, and it was the 18th on the West Coast when I was watching this). Truly magical sign that everything is happening right on time- and laughter really is the best medicine!
One of the best, if not THE best, SNL episode I've ever seen! And what a pleasant surprise to see Miley Cyrus in this episode too! I'm not used to more than one big star per SNL episode, but this one gave us two! Just a great episode!
