In the opening car ride scene featuring Cliff and Ronnie, they discuss whether the time is passed 8:20pm or their watches are broken however the car stereo which is in view of both characters has a clock which clearly reads 11:09AM. 30 seconds later they directly interact with the car stereo which now reads 11:11AM and neither character mentions the time.
The film takes place in Pennsylvania. The local cars have front license plates in addition to the usual rear plates. Cars in Pennsylvania don't use front license plates.
When Officer Morrison decides she doesn't want to remain in the car, she opens the back door. Police cars do not have doors in the back that open from the inside. This keeps those that have been arrested from any attempts to exit the vehicle.
The Pontiac LeMans which matches the car from "Night of the Living Dead" is said to be a 1968 model but the correct model year is 1967.
When Zelda is driving around the zombies, tires wouldn't squeak on a smart car travelling at that slow of a speed.
The three characters who visit the gas station are shown paying for gas but then leave the gas station without getting any gas. (We saw them filling up before they paid.)
Immediately after Posie's "brutal attacks" report a number of zombies are shown emerging from graves. The engraving on the tombstones is all backwards, showing that this scene was flipped.

The shotgun sound effects during the final stand scene in the cemetery included ringing from a steel target.
While at the gas station, you clearly see the boom mic in the window reflection.
