Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022)
Season two
Can you please let the duo Davy Perez and Beau De Mayo write more episodes? Memento mori and. All those who wander, Under the cloak of war were great episodes. This second season has bit a bit soapy, that's not Star Trek. The first season was.
I like to see more Strange new worlds, strange new science and less Strange new feelings. I´m sure those writers can get a job on a daytime tv instead.
Too bad the writers don't follow the motto "to boldly go where none has gone before" and feel the need of copycatting, the eps with the fuel, the singing eps and the blatant copying from Alien. About Spock, the writers and actor might take a look at the wonderful interaction in TOS between Kirk, Spock and McCoy Perhaps there will be an understanding of the dynamic that was essential for the success of the series.
Ted Lasso (2020)
Sesson 3
I love this show, I put it right up there with Eureka. But season 3.... What happend? Please sit down Diamon dogs and brainstorm.
Where is the fun and the warmth? The characters are like on repeat. Or exaggerating the traits of the characters. It's like an AI looked at the first two seasons and wrote the script.
I been watching s1 and 2 just to catch up, and there is magic. That magic did not return in season 3 (yet). I really hope it does, Im kind of addicted
Still, even when the writers are not in top shape its better than most comedies, because the characters are so likeable and the actors are so great and perfect for their roles, kudos to the casting crew.
The Thick of It (2005)
Just love it!
Just love it! I'm exhausted after an episode because of the Funny and so smart retorts. Only the British can do something like this. The casting is so right. The actors so brilliant. The script so amazing. I could go on and on....
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds: Memento Mori (2022)
A silly smile and feeling generally happy
You know, sitting with a silly smile and feeling generally happy, that's something that often happened to me after watching ToS, TNG, Voyager. Now it happened again. Wonderful episode, praise for the authors and as so many others say, bravo to the directors of casting.
Doctor Who (2005)
Doctor Who's 14th Doctor
Kris Marshall or. Richard Ayoade I would love if one of them became the 14th Doctor.
Well, if David Tennat would say yes, that would be just brilliant. My favorites is him and the marvelous Matt Smith.
Jodie Whittaker was a surprise when announced, but a she has done it magically good.
Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
To go crying where no one has gone before
To watch a show I love for its accurate and sometimes visionary science and a crew played by actors so well that I actually cared about what happens to their characters turned into this Dr Phil drama.....
With the exception of Anson Mount as Captain Pike and Anthony Rapp as Paul Stamets, this series' crew can happily face the same fate as the Red Shirts, I do not care!
The characters and dialogue is dull and unimaginative, Best way to watch, it is without sound and enjoy the special effects and VFX. That is the only way to watch this cruel parody on Star trek.
Why do TV writers dislike Star Trek so much? First Enterprise than this drivel. I guess haters (the writers) gone hate (us trekkers).
Star Trek: Discovery: Kobayashi Maru (2021)
Best without sound
And just watch the special effects. That's the only way to watch this cruel parody on Star trek. I can't understand why critics love this show, must be the special effects.
NCIS: Hawai'i (2021)
Has potential
Could be a hit with another lead. Vanessa Lachey as Jane Tennant makes a weak impression. Traditionally Ncis has chosen a strong lead actor/actress, making the series interesting, this time they failed. The rest of the team is great and with the right lead the series has potential.
