Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story (2020)
A Masterpiece
This definitely is one of the most brilliant series 2020 has produced.
It tells the story of the scam in such a way that even a layman can understand the hardcore terms of stock and money market. The way it progresses the story, I did not even blink for a second. It's a well told narration based on facts and how things were in that timeline. Hats off to Hansal Mehta for this brilliant direction.
The casting has been the highlight of this series with Pratik Gandhi as Harshad Mehta and Shreya Dhanwanthary as Suchita Dalal. The expressions and dialogue delivery is on point. The same goes for the rest of the cast and there is not a single one who is not worth 10/10 when it comes to acting.
Absolutely worth the time.
Extraction (2020)
Good fighting scenes with no script
I was really disappointed seeing this.
The action sequences are brilliant and love the way they were directed. However there is no link in the story and makes you feel disappointed. It's way too fast paced to understand anything from the move.
Good work from Chris Hemsworth and Randeep Hooda.
Shingeki no Kyojin (2013)
Jaw dropping action.
The series is one of the best anime I've seen after FMAB when it comes to the action scenes.
I had heard about this anime and wanted to watch it since a long time but was dicey whether to go ahead. I was into the story right from the first episode. The animation is seamless when it comes to reaching the Titan to killing it.
The story feels like it is happening surrounding you and you have a tear in emotional scenes as well as pumped in the action scenes of this anime. A must watch if you are an action fan
Asur: Welcome to Your Dark Side (2020)
Writing is the highlight of this series
Asur is an underrated, well written story. Loved the concept and suspense of the series.
The story was the highlight of this series and so was the acting by actors like Arshad Warsi, Barun Sobti, Riddhi Dogra and especially the kid that appears at the start of most of the episodes.
The direction at places like the murder clip sent to DJ seemed off as there was just one killer but camera showed multiple angles and the grave scene where Nikhil was kidnapped seemed a little childish.
The rest of the story telling is just brilliant and the background score is also beautiful.
Overall a great series to watch and worth your time.
